NBCAAM approved CE credit hours
CEUs: 1 skills hour and 1 general hour
Class type: in person
In this class, you will learn what happens in the horse's body when it bends and collects properly, and how to identify healthy movement as opposed to unhealthy ideas of what bending and collection are.

This is an in person class where we have a live horse, and real equine bones and show how the bones are oriented in the body, interact with tack, along with doing some palpations. There are also stations for participants to articulate a front and hind limb.

virtual coaching
Send in a 5-10 minute of yourself working with your horse. We will meet on Zoom and go moment by moment through the video to see what looks good and what could use improvement, as well as go over exercises to practice as homework. This session is usually about 40 minutes to an hour.
-Gather about 10 minutes of video that includes the behaviors or exercises you are wanting feedback on. I find it best when doing this to video the whole ride and clip the parts you are wanting help with.
-Upload the video to either Google drive (make sure you make the link ‘visible to anyone you share the link with”), or YouTube (make the video either “public” or “unlisted”).
-Send me the link, along with your payment, and schedule your time (remember that I am central time zone in IL), all through the website.
-I will then send you a zoom link to the email you sent the videos from. Be sure to already have Zoom set up on your device (it’s super easy and they walk you through it).
-Doing lessons in this format allows you to see issues from a 3rd party perspective which is so helpful! I will point these moments out and give advice on how to prevent or redirect issues, and homework exercises for moving forward.
-I look forward to seeing you and your horse!
host a clinic
Clinics outlines consist of 2 days of classroom learning in the morning, followed by in hand work demonstration if desired, and then individual lesson spots. Lesson spots can consist of in hand work, liberty or riding.
Clinics can be done with just myself or in conjunction with “Hug Your Horse, Custom Comfort Saddles” www.hugyourhorse.com. Tiffani at Hug Your Horse does a presentation about the anatomy of saddle fit to give you a better understanding of the tack’s influence and how to evaluate if your tack fits properly, along with a demonstration of saddle fitting, and private saddle fittings upon request. Please reach out for a custom clinic outline to suit your needs.
